Launcher problem

Hi 

My launcher has a problem , after a few seconds 3/4 of the launcher disappears leaving only the play button part so I can still launch the game but cant change account ,see news etc.. Ive tried Gw2-repair but it crashes near the end . 

 

Edit: Seems like it not time based , but rather when I hit backspace in account name box or the password box
