PLEASE HELP ! Game keeps crashing and force closing the game. 'A serious error has occurred' message and option to send details to ANET.

Recently returned to the game, I have been playing for around 10 days and levelled from around level 20 to 80, completed 'my story' and have not had any issues. 

 

I bought POF, HOT, and EOD expansion today, and since trying to do both POF and HOT storylines, any time I try and enter the story line instance the game crashes. Extremely frustrating. 

 

I have updated my drivers to the latest, done the -repair on the client, updated windows, and as a last resort deleted all the game files and reinstalled. Still getting this issue... 

 

Can anyone advise what I can do, as I currently feel I've wasted £90 on the collector ultimate edition. Pretty much a full day wasted by trying everything I can think of / seen suggested on other users posts.

Thank you for your reply however I have done the repair on the client as stated on OP 

 

I have updated my drivers to the latest, done the -repair on the client, updated windows, and as a last resort deleted all the game files and reinstalled. Still getting this issue...
