Tempest build

Hi all,

 

I'm trying to make up my mind about what stats should I select for my second ascended set. I am already running full Trailblazer Tempest and initially I was going to go full Viper but now I am stuck between Berzerker and Marauder. This is the build I am thinking of:

- It will be used mainly for PvE, though I would like for it to be viable in fractals. No WvW/Raids.

- No conjure weapons

 

I understand Marauder loses 10% DMG but gains 60% health. But I am not sure I would need this anywhere else other than fractals where I'm not sure it would help that much.

 

The reason I initially wanted to go Viper is because the set can be used by Weaver/Necro/Mesmer. If the burst is comparable that sounds like the best choice to be fair.
