if i preorder the new expantion do i get the other past expantions?

i bought the game when came out, and always play it a little bit here and there, and now with wow fiasco... well..

or do i need to buy each one separated?

You can buy the Collection which has all 3.  Different goodies depending on how much you want to spend.

When you check gw2 shop, it seems you can choose between:

PoF +HoT

EoD

EoD + PoF + HoT

 

So you do NOT automatically unlock previous expansions for just buying EoD.
