Easiest Strike Missions?

Halp!  Need to collect red/blue/green Prophet Crystal/Shards.  3/4 blind so looking for the quickest or easiest strike missions to grind em.

"Easy 3" = Shiverpeak Pass (Icebrood Construct) which is a glorified DPS golem, Fraenir (jump the wave) , and Voice and Claw aka bears (you need a healer if you don't have high self sustain on your build and nobody reflects)

If people know the mechanics then Whisper of Jormag is probably worth your time (especially if you use scourge wurm strat) but Boneskinner is not PUG friendly, Forging Steel takes around 20 minutes even on normal mode with superspeed on the tank, and Cold War is "time gated" in that the preevent will always last the full 8 minutes with 7 minutes to kill the boss.

If you're just going to loop it then bears (Voice and Claw) with a decent squad is the best option. Abuse epidemic on scourges or the meta condi quickness firebrand which breaks things because there is no internal cooldown on Virtues' Permeating Wrath.
