However when I heard back (a week or so later) they only addressed 2 parts of my ticket as well as telling me to email them again from the same email to change the email (????) which I did, then a couple days later they just ended the ticket without addressing any of my issues. Just to clarify when I said I can't login to make a ticket, I mean when I go to the actual support side of the site, when enter in my login info it then takes me to the account page and then I click to go to the support side again it says I'm not logged into to create a ticket, and the cycle repeats Edited August 12, 2021 by nateW.9264 clarifying Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Inculpatus cedo.9234 Posted August 12, 2021 Share Posted August 12, 2021 The CS Team can fix the log-in issue for you. Submit a separate ticket for each issue, but only one ticket per issue.
