Pullin.5091 Posted August 12, 2021 Share Posted August 12, 2021 I would put this in a support ticket but the process requires the Original Key and I do not have that, it was stored on a machine that has since passed on. The day of the Livestream in July I preordered EoD Ultimate Edition I have the receipt from Digital River sent from noreply@guildwars2.com with the relevant order reference number and the money was taken from my account the day after the live stream. It has been over 2 weeks now. So I feel that it is appropriate to start asking questions like, hey my dude, where's my key?
