Ad infinitum I collection bug

I'm having a problem with the aquatic ruin challenge mote. I did it 3 times but it doesn't give me the achievement items, while the other person in the party doing the run together got it right away. The screenshot below is after completing the aquatic ruins CM and still no achievement.

I'm guessing you were in L7, as the other member was successful?

I don't know how to add a screenshot here. I copied that message from a ticket I sent them lol.

I also tried doing it with my other character, still didn't get it. While other person in the party got it right away again. Guess I'm stuck at collection 1 forever. 😭

Did you ever get this resolved? I am running into the same exact bug.
