Image.8630 Posted August 14, 2021 Share Posted August 14, 2021 I sent a ticket as after 2 weeks of buying End of Dragon Deluxe edition the shared inventory slot is still locked by the Lv80 boost. Right now I have no use for the boost (probably when the expansion is active in feb 2022) so the slot is now permanently locked. So I asked them to move the boost out of the slot. In any case it should be MY choice. They answered: “This is not possible as the Level 80 Boosts must be consumed first in order to free up the slot. You can do this by having or creating a character that is at least level 2 and consuming the Level 80 Boost on. This will consume the boost and free up the Shared Inventory Slot for use. Please keep in mind that once a Level 80 Boost has been consumed on the account, we do not have the ability to revert the character back to its original state. We hope this helps and if you have any questions please let us know. “ That answer obviously did not help at all. So they told me to write to the Forum. 👎 If I had bought those 2 items together or apart through BLT I would have full use of them without any restrictions. So even if I paid for those 2 items I cannot use them as I see fit. So basically the choice I am given is to waste the Boost or never be able to use the slot. That is totally unacceptable. This is the way the 'free' Shared Inventory Slots/L80 Boost have always been, and likely always will be. If you have not unlocked any of the other items that came with the Deluxe Edition, you can always ask for a refund (within 30 days of purchase). Good luck.
