Harbinger should get off-hand pistol as well

Necromancer off-hands are very weak outside of torch, which is Scourge exclusive.  None of them really synergize well with pistol IMO.  They are basically just useless decorations.  This makes Harbinger feel less cohesive than it could be.  I would like to see off-hand pistol added as well to help tie the weapon attacks together.

Tbh i think dagger synergizes well if you play condi. 

You will run self condis for sure to reach max dps and dagger 4 can transfer them. 

 

I d rather have a dagger rework tbh. Maybe some life force on dagger 4 per transfered condition or faster animations or whatever.

While Dagger 4 is mostly invalidated by Plague Sending, I think it's fine, and definitely will find more use on Harbinger than Scourge. Dagger 5 on the other hand needs some work. It's just so slow in cast and aftercast. The Weakness and Corrupt are powerful ofc, but the speed (or lack thereof) of the skill makes it unpractical in competitive, and the Bleeds on it are generally not worth the cast over autoattacking (general Necro off-hand theme) in PvE - so it's just a bag of "meh".
