Oneiwoo.5469 Posted August 16, 2021 Share Posted August 16, 2021 I have submitted multiple tickets regarding missing legendries and now support does not reply by email but just closes the ticket. To date I am still missing Howler, and WvW light and medium legendary armor pieces. I also inquired as to why I wasn't compensated for the multiple Kraitikin legendries I crafted. After the second ticket I was playing and noticed that I got several pop-ups regarding the legendary armory telling me to look further at the armory. When I was finished with the strike mission I did just that and some of the skins were added. So it appears as if someone was working on this, and then stopped. I was requested by support to "prove" that I actually had the legendries I was claiming were missing. I did find videos of myself crafting them and equipping them that I uploaded to YouTube, however I was unable to find proof for all. I would like my items back and I would like my tickets to not be automatically closed without resolving the issue or responding to me. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Linken.6345 Posted August 16, 2021 Share Posted August 16, 2021 Have you login to all your characters? Legendaries is only added to armory after you do that. Another thing dont matter if you crafted multpiple kraitkins you have to have bound them to the account and not sold them. Oneiwoo.5469 Posted August 17, 2021 Author Share Posted August 17, 2021 Firstly, yes I have logged into all of my characters. All legendaries were account bound and used by certain characters. I do have video proof of some things that I was searching for and uploading to youtube to prove my account actually had this. Funny thing happened were support denied my issue then some of the legendary started appearing. The next message I got was hey you are not missing these items they are there then closed that ticket. I submitted another ticket and they tell me I never crafted for example "howler" because the achievement wasnt done. Like there is more than one way to craft howler and the primary route prior to HoT was to use a precursor alone. In any case, I am tired of my tickets going unanswered, or answered with an automatic close, or condescending remarks such as how to craft a legendary. If they searched my account they would see that I am quite familiar with crafting. I do understand that there must be a lot of tickets being submitted. I wouldn't have to keep opening a new ticket if they would simply terminally resolve the first ticket without premature closure.
