I've been getting this code for years now, and today it keeps appearing on my screen.

There is NO way I am turning off my firewall and my internet connection seems to be working fine.  But I do need help with this code, so that I may understand what it means or so that this can be solved. 

 

I can't even use the trading company.

I'm getting the same code today. First time I've been seeing it so I don't think it's your firewall settings. I even have made a firewall exception for GW2 but I'm still getting the same issues. Using the Trading Post is impossible right now. I'm sure its a GW2 server issues. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

I'm glad to hear that it may not be our firewalls and perhaps it could be the server.  I really don't want to be turning firewall off, being a security tool or I assume it's a security tool.  I too hope this can be fixed in the near future.
