Just lost an item on TP due to an error has occured

Hello,

I was trying to sell a berserker intricate gossamer insignia. And the TP froze for a while with error has occurred message. Now the item is gone. It's not on my Transaction history ( selling ) and its not in my backpack. Please I would like my item back.
