Faction Provisioners and PoF

Now that PoF is out and everyone is scattered all over the place, people trying to get their daily tokens for legendary armor tend to run into a problem. Many of the Provisioners are locked behind event chains that (mostly) can't be solo'd. And neither are there maps around where they are already spawned.

Anet, could you seperate them or tune the chains so people can actually solo them?
