Soulbeast PvE solo open world, story build?

Hi, I'm looking for an interesting build for soulbeast. My main concern is that it works well when making a story, running around the map at events, and on Tequatl and Triple Trouble. Fractals, dungeons, and even more raids, I'm not touching yet.

It is important that the build works well with cheap eq. For now I have all exotic armor with berserker stats + ascended back and jewelry, and all exotic armor with dire stats + mixed ascended / exotic back and jewelry. So it can be both for power and for condi, preferably both.

It's best if you recommend builds other than metabattle, and indicate which pets to use, both on land and underwater.

Which utility to use underwater would also be useful because even though little is done there, sometimes you have to, and not always, you can use everything and not everything is suitable there.
