[EU][PvE] - Refine [HC] is recruiting!

Hello!We are a relatively new international guild, which was formed at the end of 2020. Refine [HC] is a high-end hardcore PvE guild, with a focus on raid-records and innovative speedclear-comps. While the guild is relatively new and unknown our roster has a multitude of established veteran players with several accomplishments, such as past and current records, under their belt – the latest being our Slothasor alltime-record. We pride ourselves in having a positive and productive atmosphere during our project progressions with a focus on helping each other to improve. Our philosophy is to spend our time on fixing problems rather than blaming someone for them. The guild-name is our agenda, we are refining our strategies to the point where we are satisfied with the end-result.

What can you expect from us?

What are we looking for?

• experienced and skilled players (18+) with proficiency on multiple classes
• ability to offer and take constructive criticism
• communication: working microphone + decent level of english literacy & fluency
• motivation for record-grinds (i.e. a lot of time spent on a single project)
• preferably speed-clear experience

Disclaimer: we are not doing full-clears or “for-fun-raids” on scheduled raiding days. However, pugging raids or fractals together or with some friends outside of raiding times is something we do regularly.Raiding days are set on a week-to-week basis. The default starting-time is 20:00 CET and we are usually going for 2:30 hour sessions.
