We have a guy that is away for a while and is coming back to lead our Fractals (if we still need a Fractal leader) that literally knows every aspects about Fractals. Most of us know what to do and what not as well if you guys wanted to join up with us. We rely heavily on Officer leadership so that we can try and focus on all areas of the game... that way our members have more choice.
