Excessive time gating in crafting: Quartz Crystals!

Quartz Crystals and Charged Quarz Crystals are time gated way beyond any reasonable amount. When they were first brought into the game they were for Celestial Stat set which quickly became the new Meta for quite a few classes so gating them wasn't totally unreasonable also at the time the only place that they could harvested was from the nodes during the seasonal Zepherite festival events and you also had a chance of them dropping as rewards in other holiday festivals but the nodes for the Zepherite festival were not account locked so you could get quite a few by just rotating your characters thru, that was only for the basic Quartz , the Charged was always time gated (baring a rare drop or harvest)to only be able to get one a day from using 25 Quartz and Communing at a Hero Point. Now that the Zepherite Festival hasn't come back and considering the events of HoT will probably not come back the only places that you can get Quartz is the 3 regular nodes plus the one rich node in Dry Top , the 3 nodes plus the one rich node in the Desert Oasis and if you have it or know some who does one regular node in your home instance and all of these are account bound for harvesting meaning you can only harvest them once per account. Now if the only recipe that had a use for them was the Celestial and maybe one or two others that wouldn't be an issue but both the Quartz and the Charged Quartz are used in way to many recipes and both are heavily used for the Guild Hall particularly when they are effectively time gated twice over along with limited availability and in the Charged Quartz case account bound too. Simple request to make these more available through various options: add more nodes, increase quantity gained from nodes, remove account limitation from harvesting the nodes, remove account bound limitation from Charged Quartz (any one of these would help a great deal)or if none of these are reasonable options for whatever reason give us other options for materials for crafting other than the Quartz.

All quartz nodes in crystal oasis are character bound, not account bound.

Ok thanks for info , I had made the assumption that they were same as the Dry Top nodes.
