[Elite Spec concept] Channeler

This elite spec has the capacity to channel a single legend and transform into an avatar of them. The cost the channeler faces is that they can't have more than one weapon set. Channelers weapon of choice is the greatsword and have access to the Legendary Avatar, Varesh.

ChannelingChanneling is the [F2] ability on a 10s cooldown, and turns your character into an avatar of the legend, replacing your weapon skills. Sigils and stats of your current weapon kit are applied to the Avatar. While channeled you cannot swap legends and must be attuned to it for a minimum period of time. Traits that apply to legend skills do not apply to their avatar skills.

Avatar of JalisBecome a real brawler, focused on control and sustain, wielding nothing but stone fists.

  • Dwarven Jab (auto 1) - Strike your foe quickly with your fist.
  • Dwarven Straight right (auto 2) - Strike your foe with a more powerful hit.
  • Dwarven Uppercut (auto 3) - Finish your combo chain with an uppercut, dealing double damage to controlled enemies.
  • Great dwarfs weapon (5 energy, 0.75s cast, 5s cooldown) - Summon the hammer of the Great-Dwarf and do high damage in an area.
  • Armor of the great dwarf (15 energy, 10s cooldown, instant activation) - Take no damage for 5s.
  • Light of Deldrimor (10 energy, 0.75s cast, 8s cooldown) - Summon a ray of light, damaging and revealing enemies in an area.
  • Dwarven Battle Stance (30 energy, instant cast, 20s cooldown) - All dwarven skills daze your enemies for 0.25s. Lasts 5s. Breaks stun

Avatar of MallyxBecome a demon, with specialized corrupting power, weilding claws.

  • Corrupt Power (auto attack, 600 range) - Strike your foe, converting one boon on strike. Applies torment.
  • Shadow Smash (5 energy, 0.75s cast, 4s cooldown) - Smash your target, applying burning and torment. Converts regeneration to poison and retaliation to confusion.
  • Consume Torment (15 energy, 0.5s cast, 15s cooldown) - Transfer conditions from yourself to your target. Converts fury to blind.
  • Summoning Shadows (10 energy, 0.75s cast, 10s cooldown) - Teleport your enemy to you, converting resistance to chill and swiftness to cripple.
  • Wild Smash (20 energy, 0.75s cast, 10s cooldown) - Smash an area with reckless abandon. Cannot be blocked. Converts stability to fear after hit.

Avatar of ShiroBecome an assassin with single target combos, wielding twin blades.

  • Wild Slash (auto 1) - Slash your foe and apply vulnerability.
  • Twin blade strike (auto 2) - Slash your foe twice, crippling and applying vulnerability.
  • Moebis Strike (auto 3) - Rapidly slash your foe with a flurry of 4 strikes, reducing the cooldown of your Avatar of Shiro skills by 0.5s each hit.
  • Unsuspecting Strike (5 energy, 0.25s cast, 10s cooldown) - dash to your foe, striking all enemies in the way. Deals more damage further you are away from them.
  • Falling Strike (10 energy, 0.5s cast, chains from unsuspecting strike) - stab down at your foe, doing double damage to knocked down foes.
  • Dancing Daggers (15 energy, 0.5s cast, 15s cooldown) - teleport behind you and throw three daggers at your foe.
  • Meditation of the Reaper (20 energy, 1s cast time, 15s cooldown) - Meditate for a second, blocking all skills.
  • Battle Scars (5 energy, 0 cast time, chains from meditation of the reaper) - Your next attack steals a large amount of health from your target.
  • Echoing Banishment (10 energy, 0.25s cast, 20s cooldown) - Blast your target back. (450 launch)

Avatar of VentariBecome a centaur that assists allies with high mobility, weilding a long staff.

  • Running strike (auto 1) - Strike enemies, give allies swiftness if it hits.
  • Centaur strike (auto 2) - Strike your enemies again, give regeneration if you're moving. (2 chain combo)
  • Wrath of nature (5 energy, 0.75s cast, 5s cooldown) - summon a thorny patch that will cripple and poison an area, doing damage over time.
  • Centaur dash (10 energy, 1s cast, 15s cooldown) - rush through an area, evading attacks. Create a water field at the end.
  • Calming Vines (5 energy, 0.75s cast, 15s cooldown) - immobalize and weaken an enemy.
  • Pacify (15 energy, 1s cast, 10s cooldown) - daze all enemies in a large area. (3s daze)

Avatar of VareshEmbody the infamous priest of the Fallen god Abbadon, weilding both spear and scythe. High energy but with energy refunding abilities.

  • Rending Sweep (auto 1) - sweep your scythe at your foe, applying vulnerability.
  • Pious Assault (auto 2) - Damage your foe and lose 1 boon. If you lose a boon, deal additional damage.
  • Zealous Strike (auto 3) - Damage your foe and lose 1 boon. If you lose a boon, deal additional damage and gain 25 energy.
  • Swift Spear (5 energy, 0.5s cast, no cooldown) - throw a spear at your foe, gain swiftness if it hits.
  • Vicious Spear (5 energy, 0.5s cast, chains from swift spear) - throw a spear at your foe, gain fury if it hits.
  • Mighty Spear (5 energy, 1s cast, chains from vicious spear) - throw a hard hitting spear at your foe, gain 5 stacks of might if it hits.
  • Onslaught (20 energy, 1.75s cast, 5s cooldown) - Ravage your foes with a flurry of scythe strikes while evading attacks.
  • Aura Slicer (20 energy, 0.75s cast, 5s cooldown) - Strike your foe with your scythe. If they have a boon, transfer 3 conditions.
  • Holy Spear (10 energy, 0.75s cast, chains from Aura Slicer) - Throw a divine spear at your target, dealing additional damage if they have no boons.
  • Stunning Spear (30 energy, 0.25s cast, 5s cooldown) - Throw a spear at your target, stun them if they are using a skill.
  • Reapers Strike (20 energy, 0.5s cast, chains from stunning spear) - Teleport on your foe and strike them. If they are below 50% health, gain 20 energy.

Varesh skillsVaresh's utility skills.

  • Prophet's Zeal (5 energy, 0.75s cast, 30s cooldown) - heal yourself. If you are above 50% health gain boons (vigor, swiftness and protection). If you are below 50% health lose 3 boons and heal yourself for each boon lost (1000 each).
  • Earth Vortex (35 energy, 1.5s cast) - Create an earth vortex at an area that knocks down enemies using movement skills. (dark field)
  • Frost Vortex (20 energy, 1.5s cast) - create a frost vortex that damages and chills enemies in an area and deals extra damage to enemies not moving. (ice field)
  • Enchantment Collapse (5 energy and 8 upkeep, 0.5s cast) - Create a link with your target that removes boons on them and damages them when they lose a boon. Link is lost at 900 range.
  • Call of Sacrifice (50 energy, instant cast) - Elite Skill. Mark a target for 10s. Mark of Sacrifice deals damage to the target over time if they are above 50% health. Mark of Sacrifice cripples, poisons and weakens the target.

Greatsword SkillsHigh mobility and combo finishers.

  • Channeling Cleave - Cleave your foe and summon a phantom blade
  • Channeling Strike - Strike your foe and summon a phantom blade
  • Channeled Smite - Strike foe with with both phantom blades. (Think inverse of Guardian sword)
  • Ancestors Rage (5 energy, 0.5s cast, 2s cooldown) - quickly strike your foe twice, dealing high damage. (Whiring combo)
  • Strike through the mists (10 energy, 0.75s cast, 10s cooldown) - Disappear for a short period of time, then strike your target (1s evade, 900 range teleport)
  • Renewing Surge (15 energy, 1s cast, 5s cooldown) - Charge at your foe, remove damaging conditions if it hits. (Leap combo)
  • Destruction (15 energy, 0.25s cast, 10s cooldown) - Stab your sword into the ground and channel up to 3s. Deals more damage the longer you channel and knockback enemies in range. (Blast finisher) Only deals damage if you channel for at least half a second.

TraitsFocus is on boon loss, avatar skills and new things.

  • Channelers Gift (adept minor) - have elite spec stuff
  • Possession (master minor) - Channeling your avatar removes a condition and breaks stun.
  • Ghostly Might (Grandmaster minor) - Channeling your avatar gives boons (might, fury and vigor) and 25 energy.
  • Pure Body and Soul (adept major) - When you lose a boon, lose a condition.
  • Fight Fire with Fun (adept major) - Avatar skill 3 removes conditions. (~3, but balance needed) (5s ICD, cause of Shiro)
  • Enemies Must Die (adept major) - When you have Enchantment Collapse active, your opponent loses boons instead of you. Call of sacrifice transfers conditions to foes below 50% hp.
  • Zealots purity (master major) - When you lose a boon, deal a small amount of damage in the area.
  • Life Happens (master major) - Avatar skill 5 revives allies partially and gain stability
  • Boonful Blade (master major) - Greatsword skills give boons (might, fury, vigor, swiftness, stability for each skill slot respectively)
  • Mystic Corruption (Grandmaster major) - When you lose a boon, enemies in the area lose a boon too.
  • Joko's Comet (Grandmaster major) - Avatar skill 2 inflicts conditions. (Jalis = weakness, Mallyx = Confusion, Shiro = cripple then poison, Ventari = bleed, Varesh = cripple, bleed then burning.)
  • Prophet and Commander (Grandmaster major) - If you have less than 25% hp in Avatar form, gain barrier equal to your health and leave avatar form. (90s ICD)
