Firebrand tomes cancel when "effective level" changes

As the title states, there is an issue where the Firebrand's Tomes are turning off when your dynamic "Effective Level" changes up or down. This is very similar in nature to the bug Holosmith's were having last month where Photon Forge would turn off when the Effective Level changed. (which has been fixed).

This is a very big pain in the you-know-what when in lower zones... because of the lengthy cooldowns that are incurred when this happens, in addition to having your action bar change up and change in the middle of a fight, of course.

If anyone else notices/experiences this, please post a reply just so it's not 'just one player' to have reported this issue, please. :)

Yes this bug is really inconvenient.
