"There is a problem" whenever loading a world map

Hi guys,

3 days ago, while I was playing GW2 and running TS3 and the Opera Browser, suddenly the resolution of the game and my desktop changed. The game cloesed.Since then I am able to load updates and open the character screen. But whenever I want to load the game world a window appears that the game has stopped working. My only option is to press "close programm". The is no code that hints to a special problem.

What I have tried so far:-change resolution back

• reset options from the character screen
• delete and reinstall game
• defragmented my PC

This really bugs me because Season 4 is coming and I am pretty sure A-net support has it's hands full already.

I have submitted a ticket, as well as rn the Test Tool. (just could not find out how to upload the document for the support).I just feel bad that I can't figure out what happened. There is not much infor I can submit with the ticket.

Also I updated my Windows now, in case there was a problem with it.

You can send/attach any documents by replying to the automated response email sent to you by the CS Team acknowledging your ticket submission.
