Is this where I ask about/suggest a possible addition to the game?

I apologize in advance if this is the wrong place to post this. I love this game but I had stopped playing because I preferred some aspects of WoW more such as mounts, flying and the fact that my druid could change forms. Now that mounts have been introduced I am back, I would cancel my WoW subscription and play only GW2 if there was a toon that could change forms and I could play as an animal (perferrably a cat). I thoroughly enjoy playing my Feral spec in WoW along with my ability to prowl (stealth) and change quickly to flight form. Is this something that others would like to see in GW2 as well?
