Password

Hello

I would like to recover my password but the new page send me all time to the same landing page (my account) with the only option to write my old password and the new one, but what is going on if I forget my old password??

Try asking http://support.guildwars2.com/ <-- the guys from support to help you with getting your account back.

Tip: having your game code and other identifying info at hand when filling in a support request ticket will help you immensely.Also, know that average time for getting help with a support ticket is 3 work days. Though if you get lucky its faster.

[edit] Before i forget. remember to only open 1 ticket. opening more does not help, in fact it slows your process down. If you need to add info to your ticket, just use the reply function to the email you get from the support system.
