Weird Graphical Bugs

Wanted to put this up for others who may have had this issue. I have no idea what is causing it, but it seemed to proc based on a specific skill used. Both bright pink and bright green flash, when the camera turns slightly, the entire field is covered in this stuff.

My computer has no graphics issues at all, I can run the game at ~40-55fps on ultra settings.

Update: Hasn't happened since this time in fractals.
