Not Enough Dank Memes [sLAY] is currently looking for one to two highly experienced raiders in order to potentially replace me for reset raids on Sunday/Monday (11:00PM PST - 1:30AM). :]

About Us:

We are a group of close-knit friends who strive to do raids well and efficiently. We are a mix of west coast and east coast and generally do raids on reset, +3.5 hours after daily reset Wednesday, and -4 hours before daily reset on Sundays (makeups if two or more members need clears), other unscheduled clears will be posted in discord.

Minimum Requirements:Do not bother to apply if you do not meet at least these requirements

• Classes fully geared in ascended armor, weapons, and trinkets (no armor, weapon, or trinket sharing between classes, unnecessary downtime increases if a such thing occurs)
• Ability to multiclass (one in support, two power dps with weaver being a staple class, and two condi dps)
• Mastery of strategies and mechanics of each boss found in a PUG/LFG raid setting
  Note: Our strategies may or may not differ and we will teach you them

Classes that we mainly use (considered in the minimum requirements):

• Power: Dragonhunter, Weaver, Holosmith
• Condi: Soulbeast, Berserker, Renegade
• Support: Chronomancer, Druid

Classes we use for niche cases (recommended to have, but not required, not considered in minimum requirements)

• Power: Daredevil
• Condi: Scourge, Mirage
• Support: Heal Renegade/Revenant (hand kiting)

What is expected from you:

• A chill personality
• Don't bring drama
• Be on time or get the boot
• None to little downtime/afk from you
• Motivation to better yourself as a player
• Perform well in silent runs w/pugs as well as guild runs
• Comfortable sharing your characters through gw2efficiency
• Ability to critically think and adapt quickly to changes and strategies
• Access to both discord and teamspeak (a mic is not required, but is a bonus), we will be mainly using discord to communicate and organize runs in/out of game

None of them share any gear besides Legendary Backpiece which sits in a shared inventory slot so I can multi-class quickly.

About me: I am an adult in my mid 30's. I have been playing since beta. I am currently at about 300 Li with wings 1-4 cleared. I have not raided consistently with a static group for several months due to a work schedule change but now I am settled and looking for a new group to commit to. I have not done W5 yet, but I have studied the mechanics and am looking for a static group before I dive in. I am a super laid back guy, I never bring drama and don't like it. That being said, I don't mind raid leaders that push the group hard.I have the most exp playing OT Chrono and Banner Slave but I am perfectly willing to run any of the professions listed above. I have experience raiding with all of them and would make whichever profession the group needs most my priority. I am always keen to improve my play on a new main if that is what the group needs!

About Me:

Hi, I'm an exp raider looking for a team that can get all of the wings done quickly and efficiently. I am exp on all bosses other that duhm but am currently grinding out progression on that (hard to find time close to christmas). I have been a part of a few full clear statics and am currently part of two. Since I am going into a new job next year I'm looking to cut my full clears down to one night a week (preferably on raid reset) and then just be able to pick up groups for fun/meme clears during the week. I am looking for a guild that can push me and am looking to expand into low man or speed clear attempts of bosses.

I have mostly experience playing dps classes (I dont generaly pick one but shift depending on what I think is best for the boss I'm doing) but am comfortable offtank chronoing or healing on all bosses and can if nessesary tank most bosses.
