[Suggestion] WvW experience from Birthday's Experience Scrolls (level XX)

No offence! but getting a Experience Scroll (level 50) after 5 years playing this game it's a bit pointless and not useful. Most of us already have lot of lvl80 characters and all our character slots filled, so some of us can't really give an use to those experience scrolls and we just keep them in bank forever or throw them :(

I play WvW, so It would be nice to be able to choose if we want PvE or WvW experience from them. WvW have 10,000 levels so it wouldn't be such a big deal to get some ranks from the bday scrolls.
