I wanted to put it on my ascended aqua breather but it just shows the normal skin, not the winter particle effects. I looked at the wiki and it says you can't transmute it so i was wondering. Can their be a recipe to make the exotic into an ascended one with using snowflakes or something. Otherwise I have will just have to switch between the two breathers.
