Performance issues

Hello,I'm a returning player. I recently head to PoF map and started do quests there. I have a decent computer which is i7 processor and and ATI R9 series graphic card. I can play newest games on highest setting with decent FPS. In Guild Wars 2, my fps was normal than it dropped dramatically with HoT, my fps dropped 15. I tried to tweaking, core parking thing and other stuff yet none of them worked. In the PoF, i play 12-13 fps.When i look the ground, it's smooth but when i raise my angle up, it starts to drop. Distance rendering is hitting. I tried to disable high resolution textures, AA, LOD but still same.Reflections are killer. Disable for real fps gains.Shadows are also gives slight boost.Other stuff doesn't effect fps. Most of the settings are purely acts as cosmetic if you ask me.It's time to focus on optimization issues otherwise, we will probably get a game which can't be played because of it's engine not the PC.Also please tell if you know anyting can be improve FPS.
