StormyChan.5463 Posted January 19, 2018 Share Posted January 19, 2018 I've been a long time player for a while, but got a new desktop computer w/ Windows 10. When I try to download the game onto this computer, it crashes and says "The Client has stopped working". All drivers are updated and I have tried multiple troubleshooting steps like finding the .exe file and repairing it. Nothing seems to be working.Also, everything still works on my older computer and another Win 10 laptop I'm borrowing from a friend... Any other suggestions on how to fix this? Please and thank you. Inculpatus cedo.9234 Posted January 19, 2018 Share Posted January 19, 2018 Make sure the new computer doesn't have any LavaSoft programs/apps. They often come hidden in Windows/Bing downloads. They can be more difficult to find; make sure to do deep searches. Also, disable any 3rd party programs, such as graphics programs, Discord, etc.If you continue to have issues, you can contact the Tech CS Team via the 'Support' link above/below.
