Urkraft.2603 Posted February 7, 2018 Share Posted February 7, 2018 Ok so i have now tested the new Mantra of Liberation with the new CD timers. I started by checking the new tooltip on the skill, it says 25 sec recharge time on the first two charges but the third charge still says 15 sec. So what happens is that if you use the two first charges it will go to the third charge and the recharge time is 15 secs. Then after the 15 secs the second charge is now ready, but when you use it, it uses both charges on goes on long CD. This is definatly broken. Have you guys noticed this to?
