For example when I try to shadowstep I can't move the skill to the position I want to shadowstep, it just stays on me until I release mouse button, then it makes action. It's the same with every positioning skill. I have no idea what I done in game, I though it was my mouse double clicking...but it's skills stucking on the characters position and you can't drag them to the position you want to spawn. My ground targeting doesn#'t work, I have checked all the options in options menu, restored system defaults etc. Thing is, when I choose ground targeting skill, any skill, I can't move it to the location I want to place it.
