Stuck, Can't train PoF MASTERY Lvl 1 ?!

I can not train the lvl 1 Mastery in PoF, Is anyone else having this issue?

My Tyria Mastery has been stuck because I have gained enough experience to complete the bar but I need 3 mastery points to complete the mastery in Tyria. Therefore my experience bar is stuck at 0 and won't go up in the PoF expansion. i don't know what to do other than try and gain more mastery points in Tyria, which is kind of annoying because I can't play PoF right now. i will post pics to show what i mean.

Please help if you have a solution other than me trying to get 3 mastery points in tyria, which is difficult at this stage (not something i can do in a few minutes). Might take me a couple of days :'( :'( :'(

So, the game wasn't letting me enter the cave in the 1st instance after saving all of the villagers and putting out fires.

I redid the 1st instance and for some reason it let me enter the cave. now I can travel to the maps and earn experience in PoF. Glad it sorted itself out.
