New Dev Tracker (Actionable feedback inside!)

The new dev tracker sorts threads by when the last post from anyone was, when what we need is to know what posts have most recently been made by Arenanet employees. Showing threads whose last official post was two weeks ago as the top result based on last post time from anyone makes it impossible to tell when there's new official word on a topic.

And as others have stated, if you're going to show the results as threads, then we need the ability to see the number of posts by Anet, and a way to fastforward to the next post, because seeing a response on page 1 and not knowing whether/where to go through the next 6 pages of the thread for more info is again, something that renders the dev tracker useless.
