How long do serial codes take to arrive?

I bought both expansions almost 2 hours ago. I didn't get the serials on the confirmation page, but since it said they arrived via mail, i didnt had any problems.

But is been 2 hours now and my mail hasn't arrived, and i don't have any transaction listed on my paypal account neither, yet i have the purchase ID and the buy site said it was sucessfully purchased (definitive edition, 99 USDs). I saw the thread about support taking very long to reply to tickets.

A friend of mine has offered herself to buy me the expansions and be able to play now, what i want to know, is that later i won't have any issues with my account if i ask for a refund of those serial codes if they eventually arrive or if the paypal account is eventually charged for anything...

There is a 30-day refund policy.
Serial Key emails sometimes take a few hours to arrive. No guarantee it will arrive for your friend any faster, but it's up to you.You can contact the CS Team about the Serial Keys; others have recently and all was cleared up quite quickly.
