Bloodstone Harvest: Mount Maelstrom Bloodstone Sliver

So as the title suggests its about the last sliver that is required for the achievement. Whilst earlier you could just glide down from the crack of the mountain to obtain the piece it is now blocked by a massive wall which can not be climbed nor passed by any means, rendering the sliver unreachable and impossible to obtain (from that point). Probably not the most important things to focus on but still very annoying since Ap and a cool head skin is locked behind it.
