Sardeth Wynn.9548 Posted June 25, 2018 Share Posted June 25, 2018 Specifically, is your avatar always yelling out downed state Audio?I leave mine on so I can hear if there is any new audio from the NPCs I haven't heard yet, but I am getting tired of hearing "I need Help", "Help me Please", "A little Help" on my human and the other downed state audio on my other races.
