~Casual Raid Static group recruiting experienced chrono and multi-class DPS

Recruiting experienced (should have cleared all wings) chronotank|offtank (should be able to do both) & Multi Class (Power DPS + Scourge DPS) for casual static group & willing to be part of our raid "family".Focus on getting clean (~1 shot, not record times) clears early in the week, with Progression/Training runs later on to improve on classes or work on new content.Raiding more often with new wing releases, and focusing on learning the new wings.

• Time: 30m before daily reset (adjusting with daylight savings)
• Monday: Full clear
• Tuesday: Progression/Training
• LF support Chronomancer
• LF scourge & power DPS
• Full clear & class experience
• ~3h clear time

Less DPS slots, but still looking for a Chrono, or an experienced druid.Additionally, looking for a Condi DPS/Banner warrior (hopefully also able to run power?)

I can't for the love of god understand what people like you understand as "casual".

Monday-clears and the whole multi-class-stuff is really, really far into hardcore-territory, especially since you also seem to have a rather specific setup in mind.

I said ~casual raid static, not hardcore static, or casual progression/learning group, and there is further clarification in the post.

If this is group sounds too hardcore but you still want to get into raiding, you may want to look for training groups (learn a specific encounter/wing with some experienced members providing guidance) or progression groups (more static group of players working through encounters, often aiming to become a full clear static group).

Those requirements/expectations are still too casual for a decent part of the raid scene looking for a static group.We arent pushing top of the dps charts, speed running, 5 player kills, raid/cm selling, or even working on CM that heavily.

Full clears in a single day aren't that unusual for a static group, and one day or two days to clear is more about scheduling... Its still a similar amount of time spent, just a matter of when everyonecan spend it.

Since we aren't changing players between fights, a number of players need to change roles/classes a couple times depending on the encounter mechanics.

The balance patch has destroyed any composition plans on dps classes anyways, so who knows what classes we will be trying to recruit for dps roles.

Druid and chrono roles are relatively unchanged though.
