Charrbeque.8729 Posted September 25, 2017 Share Posted September 25, 2017 I completed the achievement 'Vlast from the past' and got an item called 'Memories of Vlast' which replays all of Vlast's messages in order when used. Since it's from an achievement, shouldn't it be account bound? It's tradeable and there are some in the trading post for sale.
