Unlocking signature in EN forum, how?

I have asked the question in "players helping players" section but thought perhaps I should've asked here instead, hence this thread.I have no access to forum's signature feature in EN & DE forums but its available to me in FR & ES, I made zero participation in all forums except EN so am lost.Appreciate any insight on this matter, its not making sense.Thank you.
