Stuck story, cannot progress.

Hey there! I've been having an issue since Saturday with my ranger's story being bugged and not being able to complete the PoF chapter "The Sacrifice".

I haven't gotten the next objective after completion of current and I cannot progress any further. I've attempted to switch stories to both original personal story, HoT story, and back to PoF but it still remains on the same objective, greyed out because they are completed but the same issue remaining (As per attached picture) I put a ticket in on Sunday about it but haven't received any response, and was hoping for any alternative advice or way I might be able to continue progression.
