FLEUR.7458 Posted September 27, 2017 Share Posted September 27, 2017 Upon completion of the Raise the Banners achievement I received my ascended quality Ensign Banners of Amnoon. However, this item does not say it has a level 80 requirement, and upon selecting the stats for it - which were limited to core stats - the stats were not level 80 either. (As in - I chose berserker and received 33 power 19 precision 19 ferocity).Has anyone else had this problem or is this a bug that only I am having?
