Personal story: Hospital in jeopardy

For whatever reason, I can't seem to get into the hospital after destroying the gate. Looking inside, all the npcs seem to be frozen in place and not progressing as normal, and none of the other npcs outside move in. I can't even move onto the wooden steps in front of the door. After restarting the instance a few times, its still doing the same thing.

Same thing here.
