The Sacrifice - Contact Taimi

I saw that this issue was just addressed today. I followed the instruction that were given: exit the map and re-enter and the issue should resolve itself. Well, it didn't. I exited and re-entered 2 different ways. What I notice is that when I'm off the map, the locator appears in the location. But when I'm in the map of the quest, it does not appear. Same problem here. I posted it yesterday, but you actually explained it much better.Let's hope they can find a solution...
