LF static raid team and/or guild on a high skilled level

Hey guys! Currently Im Looking for a static raid Team, or a Guild on a highly skilled Level. I wanna Play endgame Content quite easy without any struggles, Maybe even having a strong community in my back to Train and learn new Players - or just roaming around Events in open world PvE.

I am:

• personal: german, in my mid 20s, playing for <500days and 3,500hours, high demands on myself and a static/Guild
• raid: ~500LI/LD (minus 150 for first leggy armour), W5 30KP and W6 15KP Weekly cleared
• classes: main DPS Player: Mirage, DH, Spb (Brs,core and BS) and a wannabe Chrono (tank+sup) for fractals only
• raid CMs not yet done, starting Right now. Fractal CMs on a daily Basis
• PLEASE READ: due to real life, Im online mondays 21.30 and tuesdays 20.30 cest, thats why its very hard for me to find a Fitting static raid Team and/or Guild... Keep this in mind, if youre planning on FC on These days/times.

What I expect:

• static or Guild, however, I wanna Play on a high skilled Level without wiping and failing
• W5 and W6 shouldnt be much of a Problem. W1-4 are easy peasy nowadays, but I want clean clears on PoF-Raid wings aswell
• would love to have multiple daily fractal and CM runs
• most important: high skilled Level, high demands, still I dont wanna Forget About having fun with this game. Lowmans, speedclears, etc. are cool, but not necessary for me. Discord/TS for communication is obvious, I guess.
