Houndskin mantle cliping fractal capacitor

I think this is clipping? The houndskin mantle clips with the fractal capacitor. :/ Any way to fix this so it doesn't? I would like to see the entire fractal capacitor. Edit: New grenth outfit clipping with fractal capacitor as well. https://imgur.com/a/YZ1ok This is disappointing as the grenth outfits works well with my necro but now I won't use it since it clips with the fractal capacitor. Feel like I just wasted those gems.
