Error Code and Game Crash when trying to access PoF map

Hi.When trying to access a PoF map or a character in a PoF map my game puts up an error message and then crashes.

I am able to access other PVE maps, WvW and sPvP without any problem, this only occurs when trying to access a Crystal Desert map.

I logged in with a different WIFI (different ISP) and was able to access the Crystal Desert maps again.. but when I switch back to my own WIFI and the bug reoccurs..

Any ideas? Fixes.. thanks.

I can't seem to get a screenshot.. but the error code is 5:11:3:159:101.
