Dredgehaunt cliffs massive fps drop

Hello, until very recently, my fps has been stellar, however when I try to do the dredge Commisaar boss in dredgehaunt cliffs, my fps plummets so much that its hard to do anything at all. Normally have at least 70 fps anywhere and its down into the teens at this location. Idk why but it was fine b4, tried lowering all of my graphics settings and it is still bad as well.
