Virtuality.8351 Posted December 12, 2018 Share Posted December 12, 2018 As topic, because a lot of people who still play Scrapper in PvE continue to do so for its unique access to permanent Quickness for itself, and the balance patch pretty much just strip it away. If this move was aimed to address PvP/WvW issue, please make a skill function split between these game modes and PvE. Not to mention that, from a group support perspective, if the developers want more support spec to compete against Chronomancer in FotM and Raid scenarios, taking away a skill that grants quickness to allies from Scrapper, a support specialization, should be the last thing to do. And in case anyone has not noticed, yes, not only Toss Elixir U was hit by the nerf hammer, but also Elixir U itself was left with a much shorter duration for Quickness, which was not documented in the release note.
