[Bug] Hammer's Horde Duplicate Color Dwarven Plates stopping progress

I just entered the 'Blue' room, the sauna, and traversed it only to find that reward plate is also blue. If I exit the blue room with the blue plate on my back, I can see the blue plate on the teleporter and on my back (2 blue plates). If I step on the teleporter to go back in the blue room it works and the plate vanishes from my back. Its now completely gone from the room. Restarting the game puts me back in the blue room and the dwarven plate (still blue) back where it is on the top of the landing. This obviously breaks the progression of the dungeon. Bug report and screen shot submitted in game.

This has happened to me twice now, in different rooms. When it happened tonight, I had completed one room and received the second plate. The game prompted me to switch maps due to low population so I did. The next room, Battered Sarcophagus, kept giving me the same colored plate as that room (purpleish). I don't remember if I did a map switch the first time this happened.
