Known Issue Tracker

Hi, I would like to ask if we should still be using the Known Issue Tracker as the first point of reference when reporting bugs, as it hasn't been updated for 2 months. I understand that some time was needed after the restructuring, so I thought now would be an appropriate time to check on this. Should we be doing something else, or is it just taking longer than expected to update the tracker?
